Hi guys just got a call from my insurer and they valued my car 370 if the car stays with me or 430 if they take it away? :?

tell them you wont except anything under a grand. i cant remember what happened to your car?

Are you allowed to negotiate with them then?

What happens if they say no? What are your entitlements?

I told I have payed 1k for it. I dont know if you can negotiate about the claim

Have a read through this mate..looks like you need to find evidence of how much an equivalent model would actually cost to buy. And you can try & negotiate based on those findings. ;)
