Ok i went green hulked it up and just turned it counter clockwise and it all came off in one section for future reference its easy lol just didnt want to damage it too much.

You lots do it the hard way. You twist it and pull down at the same time. Off it comes in one motion. Rather similar to opening medicine bottles.
