Cheers guys and you know I can't do you Nitin, Ratty would be very jealous  it's not very hard to do though Nitin just make sure you got a friend or two to help get stubborn parts out but reassembling can be done easily on your own. Did all 4 of my 4g calipers on my own in 2 days, admittedly nothing was too stuck but I had to wait for paint to dry as I painted mine. Can always post here if you get stuck or sling a pm/text/call my way :)

Excellent write-up! :10:
One question; do you have the part numbers for the replacement rubber bits?

Note: It would not be advisable to refurbish Nitin's mines = highly explosive! :scaredtoss:

Merlin, very cool.

Pushki, I'll have a look see if I can find them, Big Red and Brakes International are the two main places but iirc they're a pain to find on the brakes int website. They're Budweg kits though. Big Red I have no idea but some of the guys here have used them so might be worth an ask to them too.

As for Nitin's explosive mines, it's fine, just gotta remember that incoming fire has right of way

Just remembered, I have a set of callipers from my old SiR that I broke last year. I can practice on them using this guide. :D
