Lude Generation

Right so I got some bonnet dampers today from hong kong
Anyway while fitting I thought I'd take some pics and do a little write up.
Don't know if any one has done a write up but it's fairly basic
On a scale of 1 to 10 being 1 very easy it was a simple 2. Here goes


First of you have to undo the 10mm bolt the top one



Now you need to put this plate on fairly simple lol

Anyway now you need to undo the middle bolt that holds the wing on this one



And now simply bolt this beauty in





And now the easy part push the dampers on and put 4 c clips on one on each
End of the dampers



I didn't get any pics of the c clips forgot lol any way from this

This I heard they were a bit dodgy with the fit when you close the bonnet.

And yeah the bonnet closes and the fit is good but and there is always a but
Obviously the bracket for the dampers is quite thick so when this is fitted it actually
Makes the bonnet sit higher at the top. You wouldnt notice because it is only raised
About 5mm. And if you like bonnet raisers it would look even better. I'm still undecided about bonnet raisers.

Very good mod, nice work, would that kit fit 5th gen to ?
