Just wondering the best way to clean these filters out
It says use a special solution but as I'm getting tight in my old age is there something else that will do the same job

K&n do a cleaning kit I have used a few times

A degreaser such as BH Surfex would do it.
You'd have to re-oil it afterwards though.

*Edit - unless it's a special type.
