This guide is for the 92-96 Master Set and Trailing Arm Set.

For UK and JDM 5th gens without ATTS, the 92-96 Master Set can be used however the front upper arm bushings are different. You have to buy the Type-SH front upper control arm bushes (part number - 16.3119).

The instructions that come with the Master Kit and Trailing Arm sets are a bit pap and its hard to figure out where everything goes. Here is the location with part numbers where each polybush goes:

NOTE - There are no polybushes for the rear 2WS toe arms. These are not present on 4WS cars anyway.

Front

16.3106 - Front end control arm bushing

16.7103 - Radius rods (called front strut rod set in the parts list)

16.8106 - Front shock bushing

Rear

16.3112 - Rear control arm bushing

16.8108 - Rear shock bushing

16.7105 - Rear trailing arm bushing

The bump stops and coil spring isolators are fairly self explanatory. All bushing shells must be removed except the big trailing arm.

The bush is too small to stay in the hole? Have you removed the "shell" in the trailing arm? :?
