Where on the diagram would the bushes go, Or would they just replace the shims?

@pre_luda: the big black things are the bushes mate. the shims go just on top of it.

Another way is to shave 2-3mm off the bush collar (marked in blue), I believe Honda updated this part for a slightly shorter one.

If you buy M14/15 washers (just double check the dimensions), you won't have to. But if you did, a conical drill bit would do it nicely.
