4G Owners Manual excerpts

I just thought I'd offer up this info from my original 4th gen owners manual.
I am happy to look at any areas people wish and add to it, I figure a lot of the info is already on here in various places TBH, but thought these issues are asked about quite a bit:
OIL TYPE:
GEAR SPEEDS
SPARK PLUGS:
As I say, if you want me to look at anything specific, just ask.
Likewise, mods if this is waste of time, feel free to screw it up and bin it
