I dont need to fill anything ( i hope) just sand it back a bit and primer and paint so could be done in a day

how easy was it to fit the new back bumper and was there any rust under there? my ludes same year and same mileage just wondering if i should get some more rust convertor on orderas im looking to replace my back bumper as well
