Awesome, thanks for the replies! Do you have any cooling problems? Also do you know what the weight difference is between that unit and the original full width radiator?

Quick update for today:

1. Ordered engine bushes with crush tubes.
2. Drawn and enquired for pricing on the steel tubes the bushes sit within.
3. Drawn and enquired for pricing on some injector spacers for the billet fuel rail.
4. Ordered two sets of sample supercharger gaskets to see if my measurements were correct.
5. Stripped the last suspension parts off of the civic and got it loaded onto the back of a flatbed van without a crane :/ It took six of us to get it on there and to say it was heavy is an understatement.... Now glad to see it gone to make room for the Prelude! Let the fun begin!!! :)

Nice one.

Brave shifting that shell yourselves!

Out of interest who's making gaskets for you? I managed to get one of the last sets for my kit, but it won't last forever.

lol, it was a head scratching moment when the truck arrived and it didn't have a crane of some sort!

Ok, so last night I did some research and worked out my fuel fitting requirements, only thing I don't know yet is lengths of hose so will order way more than I think I need.

This may be useful for some people working out fittings:

Good job, took me some time to figure out the fittings, routing and what to order.

Good to see, you're going for Torques UK stuff, what I have it's top quality and good prices. Here's my setup (and blurb): http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/post39476.html#p39476

I’d also recommend some of the hose mounts to route the hoses nicely and if you want to run a pressure gauge one of their 1/8npt inline adaptors.

Theres some good info on your page there! The only reason (and its quite a big reason) why I am going with Red Horse is that I am a UK distributor for them :) There are some items they don't have available such as the 5/16" hardline adapter.

I have a K-Tuned fuel rail, K-Tuned pressure reg and K-Tuned pressure gauge to go on too. I think I pretty much have the whole fuel system sorted now apart from the fuel pump. I have an uprated pump in the civic but until I break down the fuel pump unit in the Prelude I won't know whether it is possible to swap it in.
