I noticed that the OEM section of rubber air intake pipe was badly split.

I used some sealant and self amalgamating rubber tape to seal it back up.

A view from inside the TB.

I also cleaned all the old crap out from the AEM filter.

Other repairs include replacing the front wiper blades as they had split and cleaned out a blocked washer jet.
Glued the top bracket back on to the passengers side headlight to stop it wobbling around.

MOT tomorrow. :? :?

Yeah the discs were a bonus. :P
Glad I hunted around online before throwing them out, as there were no markings on them to identify them.

Good work on the intake, not nice to think what crap would/will have bypassed the filter. that shot of the rotors through the TB, appreciate its not detailed but the rotors look in good condition.

I remember DBA discs, one of the big jap parts places in the UK used to be a dealer. Havn't heard of them for years. Good brand though, they came up nicely with a skim. 8)
