Yep, you can sort out the cat over temp light by shorting the sensor wire to the chassis.
Have a look in Lisa's black bb1 profile thread linked off my signature for pics on that. That's a 4th gen obviously, but I'd assume the 5th gen is the same.

How about that ATTS light? I Google'd quickly before work and it appears some say ATTS and others have the symbol I have, so on the basis of it going out on start up, the signs look positive for no damage caused?

My 5th gen knowledge is very limited and I know nowt about atts I'm afraid goonies. LG type-s guys all the way Ftw there! :rock:

Soooo.. Wheel taken back off. Notch ground out, re-fitted. Indicators work fine. No ATTS light on. Wheel just isn't straight but I've booked it to have the wheels aligned this week :)
