mate my old red one was written off as a cat c, I bought mine back and did the work myself and got an inspection from the insurance company and they were happy for it to be back on the road and for them to re insure it. You may even get some small change out of it too if you repair under budget ;)

No you're right mate it is. At the mo I'm seriously considering putting my motor in a dc2.

The valuer came around today, he's going to push for 2k and my car back so fingers crossed for that :D

your exhaust cat back wont fit on a teg :roll: i know im a vulture :cry:
I hit the limiter in my h23 vtec still didn't kick in

Is it worth putting an H22 in a teg?
Isn't it better just to tune the B already in it? :?
(unless you buy a base model rather than a Type-R teg I suppose...)

Ok mate I thought it might if you sell it damaged or undamaged I'd be interested 2k plus the car back would be good though hope you get it ;)

I can get a shell for about a grand without engine. A built teg will run about 220-230 unless you go nuts on the build and spend a fortune. I don't think it would ever run the torque my motor already makes and it already makes circa 230bhp so that way it makes it a cheap swap :D
