I have no idea, I'm just in convoy with other people, think I'll follow them and see where I end up :-?

I am happy to report that, other than the 4WS throwing it's error every now and again, the car made the trip without fault.

This is very good, given that it had been sat for 8 months since the end of last year, and only driven 30 miles between MOT and leaving for Le Mans 8-) Honda's don't get this reputation for nothing!!

PS. Odo is just about to tick over onto 224,000 miles 8-) 8-)

MOT this morning - failed :(

Luckily though on relatively minor things, and one major but quick fix.

The garage I used last year didn't fail on the plates, so I left them on. This garage didn't like them. Got some proper ones (2 lines) in the garage so will just swap them on.

Fog light does work, but as I hinge mine up and out the way, I had simply forgot to pull it back down.

Brake fluid top up. Will keep an eye on this going forward though in case of leak in master cylinder seal. MOT tester said he couldn't see a leak anywhere on the braking system.

Bolts loose on front tie rod. This is an interesting one, as I've never had this part off or touched these bolts in the entire time I've owned the car, so not sure how this may have happened?! Will nip them back up with a spot of loctite and keep an eye on these also.

Half an hour tomorrow and will be ready for the retest next weekend :) Think this is the least painful MOT I've had in the 6 years of ownership

All easy fixes so still a good result considering how old ludes actually are now.

what a kebab he could have pulled the fog light down and nipped up the bolts on the droplink and just give you an advisory for the plates
