Moved over from PUK
Might as well start this now and I'll update as things move along.
For starters a few pics of the engine that will be going in.
It's got unorthodox pulleys on it, but not sure if they are just a stock replacement or actually do anything.
First step is going to be trying to clean it up, it's covered in oil and grease. I also need to buy a engine stand, make my life a bit easier and I can move it around then.

Well I haven't got round to removing the engine yet, due to being busy or it pissing down with rain.
Managed to get the replacement engine on the engine stand
and give it a bit of a clean up, it still needs a lot of work but it's getting there.

It's snowing and it's like christmas again, Santa brought me a late present this morning
Now I need a clutch.
the engine is all painted now & the gearbox is nearly ready for painting.
Also looks like my N/S shock died in the off so it's gonna be replaced with the shocks from the Donor car.
Slowly getting it all together, can't wait to get it back on the road

New clutch arrived today, so now i'm totally skint
Got it from
www.brakesint.co.uk cheers for popo bawa for putting me onto them, cost a bit more than I was expecting, but an OEM Exedy clutch delivered next day for £134 i didn't think was too bad.
After removing my clutch release bearing yesterday and compairing it to the new one, it was totally shot, no end of play in it, I have a feeling the cars going to be totally different after this.
Also didn't post my gearbox painting.
Before
After
Now the clutch is here, it can all start to go back into the car, still got a few odd cleaning bits to do and the odd bit of painting but it's getting there.

Be about 5 mins before it's dirty again, but it looks great now.
