No, not in the key of C. An H is likely involved though ...

Different dynos give different results. Forget about BHP it is almost a useless figure, a product of a calculation, torque is the be all and end all.

Prove that your engine is from a Type-S and that is one variable that can be taken off the list. Even then an H22a (10.6:1 comp) with an ATR IM and tuned should make more than 148 lb/ft. I would have thought more than 160lb/ft at least.

The graph is fine, just not showing enough torque. Although Maha's like to give a generous figure IMHO. If anything peak power is at too high an RPM.

Your peak power is at 7800 rpm - (140 lb/ft x 7800)/5252 = 207.9 bhp or there about. If you had 160 lb/ft at 7800 rpm you would have 237.6 bhp.

Don't want to say names but he's been mapping for over 20 years and knows what he's doing. Do you think the tune is off?

Great attitude. People are only trying to confirm exactly what you have, no need to be a gentleman's sausage.

Easy way to eliminate what H22A you have, where is the oil filter located?
