260+ depending on what dyno is used. It can vary quite a lot.

I was going to say You what?! :o

I'm with you on the NA front bud. I'll be following Merlin eventually. Just accumulating parts at the minute. Nearly there ;-)

You're looking at decent breathing mods. Ideally an ATR/Skunk2 inlet manifold with a larger throttle body, head work, uprated cams, valves, valve springs, high compression pistons and rods and ideally cam gears and balance shaft delete is good. Then tune the lot with Hondata or similar on a P28/P72 ECU.

My current list is here.

Been wondering about what's involved in NA power. Thinking into the future myself. Also wondering having a Type-S if it would be sacrilege to tamper with it.

All that list sounds pricey, all in, what do you think it'll have cost you?

I'm also aiming for the 250-260 mark but my lude is currently running 226 bhp. Haven't got that far into my build thread yet though.

Cheers for the input guys,

@Merlin, WOW iv scrolled through your build before but never actually read through the parts list, some serious tack on that thing
You too have quite the collection @NafemanNathan,

Do you think it would be possible to make 250 without high cop pistons and rods? (Still serious head work etc obviously)
I definitely want to put the KS balance shaft removal kit on but ive recently had the block apart tho fit NPR piston rings and ACL race series big end shells and would like to leave them allone..
