Do i need to reset ecu to learn....

No, not in the key of C. An H is likely involved though ...

Hi, just had my decat pipe fitted...sounds amazing! What i wanted to know do i need to reset ecu to learn about the change, if so how? As car smells a little rich..

Disconnect your battery, or pull the the engine bay radio/clock fuse, for 10 seconds.

Chances are that the car will smell rich afterwards as well.

The fuse pull will not work on 5th gens so your only option is to disconnect the battery.

The ecu should be constantly adjusting the mixture live anyway, so I doubt anything to be gained though?
