Howdy folks, does anyone know if the H22 Accord typeR exhaust manifold is a worthwhile upgrade over a stock gen 5 manifold please?

It's not, you'll have to cut parts of the front cross member to make it fit and the internal diameter is effectively the same as the stock manifold in anycase.
