Has anyone here any experience with these thing s please?
I found one for sale that came out of a 5th gen turbo conversion. I'm thinking about buying it for mine but I'm not very clued up on these things if I'm honest.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers Mec, I read that forum earlier and that's why I was asking if anyone here had any experience with them.
How are they allowed to sell something that's locked like that?!

How can I go about remapping my 5th gen and not lose the 4WS please?

No worries there, the 4WS system is totally independent of the ECU. Basically, it wont be affected.

Really? So should I get a Hondata for mine then?
I have a chipped P28 ECU there that I bought a couple of years ago and never used. The guy I bought it off said I'd lose my 4WS with it. Is that not true?

It's not true, i run Hondata s300 and still have 4WS. :thumbup:

Mine is a 4th gen though, worth someone with a 5th gen confirming but im 99% sure youll have no issue.

I really appreciate the help. I just bought an S300 V1 there instead of the Hydra.
I'm looking forward to seeing what sort of difference it makes once I've finally fitted the ATR intake manifold and TB.
Any idea what sort of numbers I might expect with the other parts I've fitted? It's got a full exhaust and an AEM cold air intake as well.
