fujitsubo specs -

Primary runner inner diameter - 44mm (~1.73") at head flange
Primary to Secondary merge inner diameter - 48mm (~1.89")

Secondary runner inner diameter - 48mm (~1.89")
Secondary to Collector merge inner diameter - 60mm (~2.36")

Hytech specs:

Primary ID 46mm x OD 48mm

Secondary ID 48mm x OD 51mm

Collector outlet ID 63mm

all dimension measured with vernier calipers and correct to +/-.005

guys apologies for re-opening an old thread but i have been looking at some replica headers/manifolds on various sites some better or less dodgy than others :lol:

can anyone point me in the direction of a good manifold at a good price replicas are not an issue, i appreciate peoples comments and advice.

Check out the PLM (Private Label... Something beginning with M :lol:) replicas. H-Tune offers them and they're great value for the quality you get. Only trouble is they do have to be modified to connect to the CAT and you need to grind a little off your front cross member for clearance. It'd all be a doddle for an exhaust fitter to do and you do see good gains.

I have a Jasma one on mine. I hear they are pretty decent. Seems to do the job lol. Although, no clue how easy they are to get or if you can. One of the lads better in the know maybe able to help with that one :)

Jasma is the Japanese governing body for exhausts, so Jasma isn't the brand. For example Mugen and Fujitsubo are Jasma approved.

How would I tell what brand it is? Or is there now way?

If it's not obvious (Ie. Has a plaque with the brand on it) post a decent pic of it on here :)
