Hopefully soon man, dealing with the estate agents atm - at the point where we need to get people in to survey etc. Exciting times!

I'm a fan of keeping it simple. The spoon chip is acclaimed by all as the best way forward - I'm not sure I'd want to tamper with it unless I had to.
