If you've got the header new, be careful with the thermal expansion after a couple of heat cycles. I had to get extra metal notched out of the subframe

Thanks for all the comments guys really helped. Its give me a push in the rite direction.

Iv lined both exhaust systems up, old stock bb4 and 2.5" 5g and only 1 hanger looks wrong and its on the back box? Sound rite?

Also adding in 5" of flexy to the decat to make up in length difference? To much or not enough thoughts people? Oh and not for getting changing decat flange and moving lambda sensor from the side to the top

yes 1 hanger needs relocated on back box
dont know about a flexi section - i guess you will need a decat section for MOT

Invidia, is this a gd brand? My ukdm 5g zorst has a invidia back boxs but baffles are rattling some times. Thinking to cut it open and try and fix the issue if its a good box?
