1999 Aerodeck VTi B18C4 LSD 106k PICS ADDED

Finally managed to source the car my Mrs has been hankering after (CR-V), so the Civic Aerodeck is going up for sale
To be honest, I'd like to keep it and use it as my daily, but I really can't justify having them both.
Got it in 2010, had PAW fit a new clutch, replace trailing arm bushes etc and give it a once over and it's been great. We've only done about 20k since then.
I fitted new sparks, HT's, rotor arm, dizzy cap and it returns about 'book' mpg
OK, stats n stuff:
T reg
Metallic green, almost a petrol blue flip in the right light.
B18C4 - So the 170bhp 1.8L, not the more common 1.6L
LSD
Approx 106k
Very nearly FSH (I've mostly done my own during our ownership)
New clutch fitted by Performance Autoworks in 2010, 20k ago.
Tax until end of Feb 2014
MOT until August 2014
4 good Neuton tyres (have them on the lude too) and a good Dunlop spare.
Front fogs
Air con (working fine)
Electric windows/mirrors/sunroof
Half leather interior.
Both keys and the red master key.
Owners manual/service book
Bad bits:
Mainly cosmetic - a few small dings here and there, on the bonnet, the roof, and scuffs on the rear bumper. It was like this when we got it but there's no rust that I am aware of and it looks very presentable when all waxed up.
The fan switch is temperamental on 1 and 2 but fine on 3 and 4.
The low fuel light doesn't come on. The gauge works fine though. TBH I've never investigated it
I'd guess it's just a bulb.
That's it.
It's difficult to price as the vast majority of the VTi's out there are the 1.6L.
Basically it's a great versatile and practical estate, with a pretty much legendary engine, not mint, but well looked after.
I'm based in St Albans, Herts.
