Andy's 3G is now up for sale..

Alright peeps,
As some of you will be aware, I am having to part ways with the 3G.
It is a genuinely sad day, as I love that car. It's just not a viable venture for me to take on in my current situation. So unfortunately, it has to go.
I had big plans for this car, but it turns out I don't have the time, resources, or expertise to get it to where I want it to be in the timescale I had in mind.
It would be an ideal '2nd car project', but I don't have the space or money to make this happen right now.
So I've done the 'sensible' thing, and bought a 4th Gen. It already has the VTEC engine I wanted, and although it's not as special as the 3rd, doesn't handle as well, and is a bit heavier, it makes me happy for the meantime.
The route cause of all this was losing my shift allowance at work just before christmas. This saw me £300 a month worse off, so I just don't have the expendable income that I used to anymore.
I'm in the process of interviewing for other jobs atm, but can't rely on this for obvious reasons.
If I had somewhere close by to store it, I would've considered hanging on to it until my circumstances were better.
But at this juncture of my life, it's just not sensible for me to have 2 cars.
Hopefully it will go to an enthusiast, who has the means to give it the treatment it deserves. It really is a great car, and deserves better than what I can currently offer.
So yeah, that's pretty much it. Sorry to disappoint those who were looking forward to seeing this project manifest itself..it's just one of those things I guess.
Anyway, I still have good plans for my 4th..so hopefully I'll still be able to make something special of that in due course.
I feel sure I'll get myself back into a decent job sometime soon. So good things to come.
And hey, still in a Lude..so it can't be that bad.
Here's the ad on eBay, for those interested.
