YOYOYO here it is. The cheapest nicest 5th gen on the market right now. Help me out and tell people about it will ya?

This is my housemates car but as he is away alot and not very motivated he has yet to sell it since his Dad gave him his old company car. Tough life eh?
As such I have taken it upon myself to free up the drive space and sell it for him. I know what its worth and if you do to you know this is a bargain. The car is straight and but for the few minor things listed it is a fine example of a well looked after Prelude. I have owned 4 and my housemate bought this one on my recommendation.
I welcome any inspection of the vehicle by professional mechanic and any test drive with insurance docs. If any further problems are found upon inspection that can be taken into account on the price. I dont think there are so am happy to open the car to a good look over.
Issues first.
Slight rust on one rear arch thanks to the UKDM weatherstrips (now removed) Not got worse over the last few months but it is there.
Cam bung leaking a little oil (New one in glovebox) If you know Ludes you know this is a standard niggle and to be expected to be replaced every now and again. Not a serious issue.
Rear springs have been cut. There is a full (4) set of APEX lowering springs in the boot BNIB and a set of OEM rear springs BNIB as well so you can choose. The springs are fine at the moment but there are replacements provided as they have been modified from stock.
Little paint cracking on the bumper by the lights and the lights could do with a polish.
Otherwise here is the good stuff...
No smoke from the engine at all. pulls hard all the way through with a nice smooth vtec changeover (this is desirable)

I am asking £1000 ono and I want it gone before the tax rules change and its a faf.
Please come and take a look. This is a totally stock example of one of the last Preludes to come off the line. But for a couple of cheap fix issues its a solid car with loads of potential.
Car is located at registered address which is just off junction 12 on the M5 (gloucester)
