Looks like the turbo blanket has split? Are they oem parking sensors or after market?

Unless it's had an engine swap, being jdm it should just be a h22a, 197bhp stock, and being a bb8 it would have started out as an auto, with 4WS

Nice car though, seen it for sale before on the other sale sites.

Can be a manual also. BB8s are 4ws and vtec manual or auto.



How many miles have you done on the Mahles?

Looks like it says BB8 on the VIN plate to me...

yea BB8 all the way from japan....no engine swaps here and no auto conversions, had small leak at header which caused turbo blanket to burn a bit, going to replace with a nice blue or red one. of course leak was fixed.
not sure about the parking sensors, couple of thousand miles on the pistons i think.

Jdm preludes never seen a manual jdm bb8 before, with an a5 engine code Oh well, something new learnt after 12 years of lude ownership

I also think a JDM BB8 should be an H22A unless it's had an engine swap H22A5 engines were only available in UKDM BB8's afaik
