I've finally bought a replacement for the prelude after months of searching! The car is now officially up for sale so please message me if you would like to view. Weekends work best for me.

I have owned this car for over a year and a half and it has been very reliable as a daily car. Most of the work I have done to the car was simply to make the car more presentable and service general consumables such as brake components, suspension etc. The car has just done over 102000 miles and I have receipts for all major work such as clutch and timing belt. Comes with 4 keys in total. 2 main car keys, a valet key and the red honda key which is vital. Paintwork in good condition for its age. Car is cleaned at least once a fortnight and special attention is paid to make sure the arches are clean. I have listed the other main points below however feel free to contact me should you have any questions.

H22A8 on 102000 miles - no engine mods apart for K&N filter
Valve cover refurbed in Red wrinkle finish
Custom made cat-back Powerflow exhaust system
Civic Type R alloys refurbed in anthracite - minimal marks
Rebuilt Standard VTI brakes and Powdercoated red - rebuilt in 2015
Tein Lowering springs - 30/40mm so not too low for speed bumps
Full Motegi Body Kit
Tinted rear windows
4 wheel steering - 4ws tracking was done after the car was lowered in 2015
4 tyres with excellent tread
Immaculate interior with no wear to the seat bolsters
Gearbox rebuilt to eliminate 5th gear grind

Bad points/Points to consider:
Drivers side rear arch is showing signs of bubbling (minor) - pictures available on request. I have sanded back and treated what was visible last year and applied POR 15 rust preventative paint to the affected area alongside cleaning and sealing the inside lip of the arches.
No service book - please do not let this put you off as the car has bundles of receipts and was misplaced by the previous owner
MOT due in March/April - I did not really want to sell with such a short MOT on it but that's just how things have turned out unfortunately. I am however confident that the car shouldn't need any work or very minimal considering brakes, alignment and suspension components have been replaced in 2015.

Will come with original springs and shocks as spares.

Price is £2000 ovno.

[picture above shows rust to drivers side rear arch - the small square shown has been treated and painted with POR-15 rust preventative paint. I assure you although unsightly this is very solid!]

Asking £2k for your car sounds ok to me.
Unfortunately it's a waiting man's game selling a lude that isn't cheap, though.

Thanks @wurlycorner :)

Figured it may be a bit of a hard sell, but nice to know I'm not asking too much. Whether I'd end up selling it is another story too

I've always fancied a 4g Civic Sedan and they are only getting older so just looking around on the market currently to see what they are going for! I'd save a lot on petrol for the journeys that I do :)

Shame to hear your thinking of selling. The lude looks fantastic so far.
Goodluck with what ever decision you make.

@kremit

I've been on the look out for something more suitable for my needs after the car I really wanted turning out not to be the real deal (like that never happens!)

For the purpose of this thread the car is not for sale unless I post any further updates. The lude is a fab car and I'm happy with all the progress I have made and in no rush to sell until I find something which is spot on what I am looking for.

I'd say good decision, the car is coming along good, stick with it. Not much that looks better for similar money.
