1994 Silver UK BB1 for sale
Posted: Tue Sep 22, 2015 8:50 am
I am putting my UK BB1 4th gen up for sale. The main reason for the sale is a change in personal circumstances which has resulted in me putting far more miles on this car than I had planned for. Realistically I require something a lot more economical as I will be doing 15k to 20k miles a year now.
Key Points:
UK BB1
Silver
Manual
107k miles
3 previous owners
Full Service History, cambelt not due for another 2 years
MOT June 2016 (no advisories)
Very good condition
Everything works including the 4ws
Modifications:
Keio 17 inch alloys with Falken 452’s all round. The fronts are only a few months old. The rears still have 5mm on them at least.
Lowered 40mm on new Meister R Coilovers with proper geo setup done and 4ws allignment
DC Sports Manifold and downpipe
Skunk 2 catback exhaust
Type S Intake with cold air feed
Climair Wind Deflectors
With the exception of the alloys, all of the above was done under my ownership and all parts were bought new with the exception of the intake.
My build thread: http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/profile ... 14660.html
Other work done since November 2014:
Front driveshafts reconditioned
Brembo discs and pads all round
2 oil changes (last done about 3k miles ago in June 2015)
Inner and outer arches treated with dynax s50 in order to prevent rust
Interior:
Excellent condition with genuine JDM Prelude mats
As stated above, everything works including all electrics and the dashboard
Exterior:
Very good condition as you can see from the pictures
There is a small patch of rust about the size of a 50p on the driver’s side arch, it has got slightly bigger in the year or so I have owned the car, but not significantly so. This was next on my list of things to do. The passenger side arch is totally rust free. No sign of rust anywhere else, so the sunroof, a-pillars etc. are totally rust free.
Other:
The engine pulls really strongly and is a pleasure to drive.
I have spent around £2500 on this in the last year with parts and labour and I am very sad to be letting it go as I had planned on keeping it for much much longer.
Previous owner was also a forum member, here is his original for sale advert: http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/prelude ... 14338.html
There are probably loads of things that I have missed but please feel free to ask any questions and I will be happy to oblige.
Based in West Sussex, less than 10 miles from Gatwick Airport.
Tel: 07538 619080
£1700
