BA8 F22B 2.2 Si Auto 4G - breaking tomoz, what bits?

The main reason for selling is that I'm doing 20k miles a year so need something economical. I should have sold this last year but I enjoy driving it too much as its corners like its on rails.
The other reason is that the cam seal needs doing which was confirmed when I had it MOT'd. However, it only failed the MOT because the flexi pipe on the exhaust is split, and it needs a new gasket between the manifold and down pipe. I'm hoping to sort the exhaust at the weekend with a new gasket, although one of the bolts is very rusted so is going to be fun, and if successful cut out the flexi and replace it with one of those generic ones.
Its a K reg 4th Gen JDM BA8 F22B 2.2 Si non VTEC in Sebring Silver. It has Tein SuperStreet coilovers, stainless decat and a cat-back mongoose stainless exhaust with 3 1/2" tip and both rear and front upper braces. It's done 133km (83k miles), half of which has been done by myself mainly motorway driving. It also has 17" 5 spoke alloys with decent 215/45/17 budget tyres.
The interior is mint and has an Alpine-CDA-9835R head unit (with rc) and ipod connection along with original zebra floor mats all round. I also have a cupboard full of spares from previous breakers that I will list or picture (if I don't know what it is) including a spare front wing, wing mirrors etc which will be sold with the car.
I recently replaced the rocker cover and cam cap seal (skunk) in an attempt to find the oil leak and I also have a new oil pan gasket that isnt fitted yet. Brake pads and discs have been replaced in the last year or so.
As with most of the 4th Gens it has rusting rear arches, which I've tried to repair with fibreglass but not very well and my spray painting is far from professional. There are several scratches and the drivers door will need respraying but other than the arches there is only a couple of small spots of rust elsewhere.
I will take pictures at the weekend along with sorting through all the spares I have. I'd love to see someone sort the cam seals and use the car but I'm also aware that there is quite a few goodies on the car and it may well get broken up. I've broken up a couple in the past (and sold on preludeuk) but I just dont have the time to do it, so please dont request any parts.
This would be great low mileage engine to Turbo if you have the skills to do it.
I'm open to sensible offers for the car which will include the spares I have (below).
I'm based in Liverpool but work in Preston so pick up from either, with Liverpool preferable. I'm not looking forward to driving an economic car and will be sad to see it go
Here's the pics. I have to admit that the bodywork looks better in the rain!
