Hello here we have my prelude for sale. First i have to mention that the car is LHD on foreing plates so it will be just for spares or may be track car for the possible buyer. I have this car for 4 years now but unfortunately i have to sell it. So about the car:

1991 honda prelude 3rd gen
engine: b20a9 140hp
color: red
mileage: 165000 km
transmission: manual
location: redditch

It has ALB brakes, electric mirrors, windows and sunroof, no aircon or 4WS. The car is totally standart apart from the front brakes upgrade (282mm disks with accord type-R 2 piston callipers) and front bumper change to prefacelift model with foglights fully working. The body is in very good condition for the age with no rust, even the rear arches have no signs of corrosion. Rear upper and lower balljoints were changed 1 year ago. The clutch and timing belt are changed recently. New brake disks and pads (fronts and rears).

Bad bits:
broken aerial
paint is faded and flacking on some places
missing rear badge

The car is in good running conditon, with strong engine and gearbox but it has to be towed away because i need to keep the licence plates to write-off the car in my country.

Price: 900 pounds ovno
It is a good car so i do not want to break it for spares. I can supply more pictures if needed

If you can get an export certificate from the country it's registered in then it's pretty straightforward to get UK registration for the car.

Yep, that ^^^ a 3g that isn't rotten is a rare thing. Just register it in the UK and sell it that way :D
If it's your car that you've brought over (i.e. you are the registered keeper wherever you are from) and you have the registration certificate in your name, you don't need an export license or anything like that.
If you're from within the EU, there's no tax to pay either.
Just fill in a form and send it in with the relevant paperwork, to register it in the UK.

You need to check a few pages on this and other UK gov websites to get the full picture (thanks to the dumbed down, max 50 words per page format of UK government websites these days  ) but this is a starting point for the ghist of it.

I am the registered owner of the vehicle and it came from the EU but register it in the UK is too much hussle. I have to change the headlights and speedometer, get the car MOTed, insure it and pay tax. I prefer to sell it cheap, i can even deliver the car for the price of petrol (sensible distance of course).

Good morning,

If this vehicle is still available, could you please let me know where it is and how we progress towards a sale?.

I am new to this forum and not sure how we go about communicating .
