Hi I am selling my 1997 Honda Prelude 2.2 VTI which is in stunning condition with 12 months MOT (until April 2017). I am selling due to lack of use, I purchased it as a weekend show car but due to the usual work and family commitments have no time to enjoy it and it is a shame to have it just sat in the garage. I searched for a long time before purchasing this particular Prelude, it has been exceptionally well looked after and has only covered 75,000 miles, the car had a full HPI check when I bought it and this was verified. The car has full service history and just been MOT'd. Last year the wheels were replaced at great expense the tyres have covered very little mileage and are like new. The catalytic converter was replaced in January 2015. The car has an Automatic/Tiptronic gear box which is very smooth and four wheel steering, which offers wonderful handling. The black leather interior is in excellent condition and there is an electric sunroof. The cambelt was changed at 67,000 miles. A lot has been spent on added extras to make this a stand out example of the marque. The rear headlights have been replaced but I also have the originals which will go with the car. The car drives superb, everything works as it should and the bodywork is almost perfect. The engine bay is in excellent condition with no rust whatsoever and everything is standard. Please note that it may be badged S Type but it isn't, the badges do look nice though. I currently have it on a classic car policy and costs me very little to insure. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to ask any further questions, either via the forum or please feel free to call me at any time on my mobile 07929452148. I am asking £1850 for the car. Cheers Simon

Hi Simon welcome to the club :)

Do you have the means to post any pics up? You'll probably have very little success in selling it on here without them.

Hi please see below the link to the gumtree page showing the photos, if anybody is interested I will happily email them the photos direct. I just cannot grasp how you send the photos from photobucket to the site, am I missing something massively obvious (its highly possible!!!)

I'm assuming you've successfully uploaded some to Photobucket? You then need to copy the "Direct Link" of the image (found on the right hand side), paste it on here between , or paste it then highlight it then click on the IMG tab above. You can put as many images in a thread as you like (each needs the IMG code) and then hit submit.

The car looks great by the way :)

Thanks Nathan I will have a look later and get them uploaded. To be honest it is a cracking car not been messed about with at all, I need to get a shot of the engine bay in there as well. In an ideal world I would love to keep it but I just dont have the time to enjoy it.
