92 k plate bb1 import 2.2 si vtec h22a

Up for sale is my 1992 k plate bb1 jdm import, 2.2 si vtec h22a in cassis red, 5spd manual with roughly 114k on the clock(will need to double check, Mot until 20th April 2017 with no advisories
I've owned this car for just under 3 and a half years and it has been a joy to drive and very fast
Loads of receipts and parts replaced in my ownership, timingbelt, water pump etc replaced 03/11/13 at 91378 miles with Adl blueprint parts(with receipts)
Loads of other stuff has been replaced with all receipts.
Recently replaced is the oil cooler o-ring and shorty hamp oil filter, new ngk spark plugs and oil change
4ws to 2ws conversion done end of last year with fully polybushed rear subframe, abs deleted, cruise control deleted and aircon deleted
Lowered 40mm all round on apexi springs with standard shocks, stainless steel manifold and downpipe(unbranded)new stainless steel flexi section welded on
Stainless mongoose centre section with decat pipe fitted and advan racing back box(very loud)
Piper x induction kit
Magnecor kv85 red ht leads
This car is by no means perfect and the bodywork could do with a tidy up but the rear arches are in pretty good shape for a 23 year old car unlike most 4th gens, the front of the rear arches had started too flake a little so I've sanded both sides and primered, painted and lacquered them just to tidy them up so they don't get any worse(see photos)
There is probably loads of other stuff I've missed so feel free to ask for more info or photos
