he started off saying between 2500-3000 but has now said he wont take lower than 3500

If it's all in good order with a current MOT then yeah, £3500 sounds reasonable to me. The Type S is a very good car, arguably the best Prelude you can buy, and it's getting rarer.

Looks like a real Geniune Mugen kit with front bumper, sides and spoiler

yeah it has an mot but has been sat there for quite a while since, as far as im aware it is a genuine Mugen Kit aswell
issue i have is that ive fallen for it and he keeps bumping up the price

Haven't seen that front lip before, looks very nice!
The Type S is rare here but if the guy is just going to keep adjusting the price up I'd be firm £3500, that's already £500 more than the top amount he originally wanted for it anyway and as others have said, probably a fair price. Good luck, it's a very nice example

Hmmm, I can't get my head round it, just doesn't sit right that Mugen kit, heresy to utter such a thing!

id be asking 5k for mine if i sold it so if its minty fresh with not a spec of rust thats a fine price.
