This car was up for sale last year, the owner at the time had it priced at the top end of the scale (around £3500). He kept dropping the price, but it was up for sale for months!! And now its up for sale again already?
I reckon there's something more than 'a bit of welding' that needs doing.

I missed it by 2 hours.... i even offered to give him £50 more than his asking price....

Most 'Motegis' advertised are not Motegi, even if it states it on the V5.
Btw, your link doesn't take us to a specific car, just the site.
