Not too happy about this but I've put 11 miles on her in the last month. I use the 2 wheeled Honda as much as possible and now have the company vehicle at home too, so I'll not use the Lude at all.

UKDM BB3 with a VTEC conversion done by DS2000 on PUK, not seen him here. Owned by me for nearly 7 years and covered around 60k in that time.

Cambelt, balance belt and tensioners changed about 2k ago. Tensioners from Honda cost £330.
VTEC solenoid gasket replaced.
Oil filter sandwich plate O ring replaced.
Gearbox driveshaft seals replaced.

Rusty arches repaired with new metal and sprayed by me (I'm no expert though) Colour match not perfect, same for front bumper and boot lid.
Sunroof rusty.
Scratches and dings on most panels.
Windscreen scratched.
ABS not functioning and hasn't for around 6 years (MOT no problem)

Spec as follows.

Full genuine Wings West lip kit.
Resprayed in NH-630m.
Clear indicators and side repeaters.
One piece black housed headlights.

AEM V1 induction pipe.
Pipercross cone filter.
ROB super dooper remap chip.

BC racing coilovers (which are epic by the way).
Legend twin piston front calipers.
DC sports front brace.
OBX rear lower brace (not fitted).
Megan Racing rear anti roll bar.
2ws subframe with Megan Racing toe arms.
16" OZ (I think) alloys.

Split fake leather front seats.
Very clean rears with no sex blocker.
flourescent speedo and rev counter.

I will supply some spares too - OEM suspension, wishbones, alternator, PS pump, OEM alloys.
Also a replacement interior driver door handle to replace the broken one.

This car still looks good and drives great, but is worth much more in pieces than whole. I reckon around £1000 in aftermarket and desirable parts alone.

I do have the space and time to break it, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

Still love it, just don't use it.

TAX until the end of this month.

MOT until June 2013.

Mileage 157978.

Any questions please ask. Show a genuine interest and I'll send you my mobile number.

£900.

Andy!!!

Thanks guys. I have now been shown that my advert is crap, due to me not really wanting to give it up. But It will no longer be used and it's a drain on our already stretched funds.

Despite it being a UKDM, it pulls like a train in all gears. Not too long ago a friend bought a brand new Renaultsport 200 cup which a had a bit of a play with on a private road that we have occasional access to. Neck and neck through 2nd and 3rd, but once I hit 4th it was all over. Comfortably leaving him trailing.

Through the twisties you all know how the double wishbone suspension shows its hand. But with the uprated rear anti roll bar coupled with the BC coilovers, it is a 2 door go kart coupe. Very forgiving and predictable.

If your adventurous, you can add a little toe out on the rear toe arms to induce masses of lift off oversteer!

It's a whole lot of car for the money, and with the extras it is a bargain. It will make a good buy for someone to use straight away, or break into its parts for profit. Although I don't like the idea of the latter.

I have had a very low offer which is nowhere near what I'm asking, and I hope it can go somewhere that it will be appreciated, I know I Have for many years now.

Stick to your guns, it's worth it.
I really feel like I know this car, I followed all the DS2000 progress back in the HondaR days, and remember when he had it resprayed in the (S2k?) colour.
It seemed like he just got it how he wanted it then sold up :(

I really hope that this goes to someone on here that can give it a bit of TLC etc and make it a stunner once more. Absolutely no disrespect meant BTW :!: I'm sure you know what I mean.

VERY VERY best of luck with the sale :)

Had the pleasure of meeting Indigolemon and Vanzep this evening.

Along with Duncan who is the new owner of my Lude.

I'm sorry to see her go but by the sounds of things there are lots of cool plans for her.

Happy to know that she's not being broken.

Good to meet the three of you!!!

:10: My heart sank when I saw it was sold, my instinct was that it had gone to a 'breaker'.
So pleased it sounds like it's going to be looked after :D

Just home - thanks for the Coffee man! Was great to meet you. I'll prod Duncan till he sorts out a profile thread (and introduces himself properly)

No way is this car going to be broken for parts-take my word for it ;)
Im sure that Duncan is very happy and we had a faultless journey on the way back. Im a bit jealous as its a stunning looking lude and there are some very nice parts on it including some you didnt mention in your ad such as the whiteline rear arb.fse power boost valve and a shed load of spares. I cant see any work thats needed on the car except a few little bits and pieces here and there.
Indy and I will be keeping an eye on it 8-)

The guy who offered you a low price must be kicking himself....it was worth more imo
