2001 Nighthawk Black Facelift Accord Type R (with aircon)
Mileage: 127'000 miles
MOT due November 2013
Max until end of May 2013
Lots of history with receipts
Engine and Gearbox oil changed every 6k (last service 125,000 miles)
Valve Clearance's checked each year

MSD ignition leads
VTECdirect exhaust manifold
R7 decat
Prospeed custom single exit exhaust

Lower front Tanabe strut brace
Upper front Tein strut brace
BC Racing Coilovers

Mintex blank front disk paired with Ferrodo DS2500 pads
Rear blueprint disks with Ferrodo DS2500 pads
Exedy stage 1 clutch
XTD lightweight flywheel
MFactory 4.64 final drive
Prelude M2B4 Gear ratios

In the past couple of years the engine has had new oem piston rings, ACL race big end bearings and the exhaust valves replaced.
Plus gearbox rebuid by VTECDirect last year (Receipts present)
x4 Very Good tyres

There are the usual stone chips on the front of the car, the front bumper has a some split paintwork. Some small surface rust starting on the rear passenger wheel arch.

The car is not a show condition car, but is a reliable car and drives impeccably.

Dyno print out of 237Bhp & 164ftlb

Test drives welcome however you will need to provide me with your insurance details 1st, if not I will have to drive.

Hmm i'm rather tempted , whats the gearbox like for motorway cruising ? rpm at 70?

The car used to belong to Rhys on the atr forum.
That was the latest dyno plot aftee the engine work had been completed.
70mph is 3500rpm
The 5th gear is longer on the b4 ratios so doent compromise too much on the motorway journeys
