2000 2.2VTI Manual for Sale

Ok - The decision is made. I have got to sell the Prelude for reasons of practicality so....
It is a 2000 2.2Vti with Manual Gearbox. The car runs great, has no gearbox crunches, no VTEC issues and no smokiness and has the H22A8 engine.
Has all the Standard features for the year and everything works as it should. Heated Seats, Electric Heated Mirrors, Air Con. It has One previous owner to me and currently has 132,000 miles. Has a brand new MOT this week with 1 advisory for a non working high level brake light. This is mostly because the original high level light was disconnected to connect the high level spoiler light!
The car has had a lot of work carried out cosmetically but is mostly unfettled mechanically. Respray in Frozen White with Carbon wrap on Bonnet/Boot and Roof. It has had a lot of tidying carried out in the engine bay. All paintwork has been done in 2 Pack Paints and Lacquers in a low bake oven. Lots of parts replaced. Recently had new Discs/Pads and Calipers all round. I have a stainless exhaust that will come with the car that I have never got around to fitting.
Stereo has been removed due to being sold elsewhere. Radio Cassette fitted,
Service History up to me buying the car and then serviced by me. Oil every 3000 miles, has recent plugs/leads/coil pack/fuel filter/air filter. Front and Rear engine mounts recently done due to wear.
All in all a well looked after car that looks lovely. The only real issue is the Carbon Wrap on the roof has started to lift at the back due to Bird Mess and Jet Washing. I am willing to either get this done in the purchase price or discount the car by the amount it will cost the buyer to get done.
I have the Valet Key and the Red Key for the car.
