H22A8, spares or repair reduce 750

This sale comes with a spare H22A engine from a 4th gen with 104655 miles and all aux.
and new clutch kit, spoon chip, ecu, coilover springs and back box.
I decided to sell my prelude as I got myself a Toyota soarer twin turbo, I bought the prelude in april this year with a slight engine knock when cold, there is no smoke at present, I change the oil and filter which help a bit but knocking still present seems ok when temperature is achieved. however the car drives ok, vtec engagement at 5500 revs, I bought the second engine to swap in place of the h22a8 but after driving it for a while I realised that the knock doesn't seems to make much difference in performance so kept it in my garage in case its show signs of problems. the H22A engine has the same hp as the h22a8 minus the compression ratio and the intake manifold. I use this car everday until the middle of September when I got my soarer back. I sorn it off road yesterday, MOT until april 2014. The car has my Toyota soarer wheels on which as winter tyre on since my soarer was in Germany.
the body work is ok not much would need doing, bit of scratchs, minimal rust or bubbles.
