:?:

Please explain BMCC, that really doesn't make sense. If he puts a crankcase filter on the inlet, he'll loose air after the TB.

And you say move the catch can to the right place. The right place being where? Why is it not ok where it is and keep the PCV system in place.

Sorry to pick, just don't want Danny getting confused.

I think you are getting confused with the catch can being used as a sealed system to catch oil vapours in standard to mild tuned cars. This is for high builds, especially boosted applications which need a bit more vent to atmosphere. I really don't see anything wrong with this setup.

The catch can should be placed between the PVC valve and the inlet mani to catch the blow by I.e it needs to be on the outlet side of the Pcv valve. Just now from the pics the can is placed on the inlet side, so air is passing through it and into the Pcv system. It works sure.

Edit just read Paws reply and yes it can work like that its just that it is counter intuitive as air should go through the valve cover through the crankcase and out through the Pcv valve, but it can go the other way in certain situations as paw has stated. On a normal prelude intake there is a place for the Pcv valve to draw air from but you don't have this. Nothing wrong just thought paw placed it there because it was missing. I now see what they have done and why. Apologies to all.

Any way I'm on holiday so :D to all!
