No worries. Cant guarantee it will help, but I'm just trying to think of stuff that would effect/show up at the top end.

when was the last time you got 125 out of her?

was it before you fitted the spoiler and body kit and wheels?

That was actually going to be my next suggestion, but I wasn't sure how to say it
Not trying to be an arse, but could the front spoiler in particular be creating a lot of drag? I don't know what it looks like from the front, so it's a genuine question.

Yes it was shortly after I brought her. Car was completely standard then. This could also explain it I surpose. Gutted though..

I think the real question is how often do you exceed 100mph? Must be a fairly long and well maintained private road I imagine. So long as this 'limit' isn't due to a mechanical issue, is there really much of a problem?

No its not a problem, but its a sports car so sometimes you want to enjoy the performance-If someone sold you car with the performance mine has you would be unhappy. I brought it because I wanted to enjoy the preludes performance. At present im not enjoying it and question my decision to buy it as it is.

ok i'm going to say it

that wing, body kit and those big wheels are the reason you have knocked 13mph off the top end, simples.

also i think the h23'd ludes are all about the cruising hence the slight increase in low down torque, the lower red line and less power. if you really want a sports car either get a h22'd lude, h22 yours or buy and s2000

not being a gentleman's sausage mate, sorry if i come across like that but top end doesnt mean a sports car, my e220 merc has seen over 125mph it is not nor will never be a a sports car ;)
