Just read this. That initial price for coding is bloody good for a main dealer :D . Our place charges £45-£55 for key coding. And yea the red key is just a wipe/put into learn mode key. Good luck with it chap. :D. She's in the right place atm. :vtec:

That's my thinking. If she costs me a shedload, she costs me a shedload. I've come to expect it from cars tbh. My Vectra cost me:

DMF/Clutch
Inlet Manifold
EGR system

All of which were silly prices for what they are. So no car is cheap to keep on the road. Just didn't really need it a few weeks before Christmas :lol:

:shock: it was a Vectra tho :lol: :guns:. IMO it's well worth us all spending the time and money we all do, on our cars. Keeping these old girls alive. :D :rock:
