A little bit late for updating this.

But what happen was:
1st. Firts time ever to see that the Timing Belt was missing 8 teeth, look like someone with a knife cut the teeth.
2nd. When doing the Manual Tensioner Conversion, notice the Water Pump was broken also.

Because it is a good practise to change all set. Not only belts. I have just done this. All parts came from states as honda was asking for around £600.
