OK so N/A high compression pistons. And with boost you run higher boost to increase the compression.
I used to have fiat coupe turbos and that's what some people would do, use lower compression pistons and a big turbo. Some people were getting 400 bhp doing that. Shame the engines were partly build from pasta though :/

Thanks for your help guys so general consensus is to go with h22a7 engine but i cant change engines so will stick with thr a5.
What is the CC on the ATR fuel injectors and should i use these or buy uprated fuel injectors, is so what CC is best?
Also what is the throttle body size on the OEM h22a8 engines(original engine of car) and would i need to upgrade this? I've been told to upgrade to 70mm throttle body? Also would you recommend to upgrade the fuel pump?
Some guidance on ECU needed as well, i dont know which one to get but have been recommended to Rich at performance autoworks for the mapping of the ECU. What is the best ECU and what can i expect to pay for the ECU and map?
