Water leak

Can anyone help I've sprung a leak. The pipe that comes off the heater matrix then connects to a horizontal pipe it's the horizontal pip I need what is it called thanx

The big black pipe that runs horizontal along the back of the engine from the water pump to the thermostat housing? Is it cracked? It could just be that the runner seals on the end have perished.
