yes i see what ur saying but thats a restriction and will cause a heat build up, the same as bends!

i do agree that the temps involved will be to high for cf and that shizzle is nasty on fire!

Would there be a problem with the oil the engine kicks out attacking the cf and forming holes? I always just assumed the cf back boxes were just a standard exhaust with cf wrapped on the outside, but maybe not?
