I changed the fuel to super unleaded, put injector cleaner in at the same time and changed my plugs this morning but nothing.
Just taken off the induction kit and egr valve, cleaned it all up, rebuilt it and gone out for a test run.
When I first struck it up, the miss fire was still there, I whipped it down the beach road near me so quite quiet. Just touched the VTEC a couple of times, only for 500-1000 rpm, got back home and it seams to of cured it

God knows what it was but all sorted
