Well I'm guessing they may have moved it on the 5th gen but on the 4th if you lay on your back head near the pedals legs hanging out the car and reach up behind the dash amongst a rats nest of wires and boxes you'll find it eventually. Then just pry the relay out of the case after wasting 2 hours trying to figure out how to remove the damn casing from the car.

There was a good guide with pics somewhere...
