Or buy a manifold that fits!!
This is the revhard log manifold from the States, but there are loads of other branded similar ones out there. I have A/C and standard rad, even kept the standard rad fans. The cast iron mani does not flow as well as a tubular, but they are much less likely to crack. I'm running 316bhp with no issues what so ever.

Slightly better pic

Yeah I must admit solid fab is where its at for a custom manifolds, I am very tempted with getting one, his work is very good indeed. I've not seen any of his manifolds in person but a mate of mine has a custom 3" turbo downpipe and it is very tasty.Rocketrooney wrote:I have been speaking to Alan at Solid Fab about making me a Ramhorn style Manifold
There is no question that a well made tubular manifold will work well, and they do look the mutt's nuts

Whilst mine isn't turbo'd, my mani is by Solid Fabs and the quality of work is fantastic.SiR Si wrote:Yeah I must admit solid fab is where its at for a custom manifolds, I am very tempted with getting one, his work is very good indeed.
