soak everything in wd40 as well lol and use a wire brush to clean off the loose stuff or just drop the whole subframe assembly from the shell

what he meant was the drain bolt for the gear box is a 1/4 inch . so put your 1/4 ratchet square directly into the bolt and undo..

the rust on the suspension forks and lower arms is just surface rust , it shouldn't be anything to worry about..
Do you know anyone with an accetalean flame torch to heat the nuts up?
Also an extra large flat head screw driver and a firm push will pop the shaft out easy.
